Alibaba opens Pro and Turbo APIs for Qwen-Image-2.1, pushing faster, low‑cost image generation from China
Alibaba’s Qwen team has made Qwen‑Image‑2.1 available as hosted Pro and Turbo APIs on Alibaba Cloud Model Studio and released the Turbo checkpoint to open repositories. The Turbo variant completes synthesis in eight denoising steps, lowering inference cost and latency for developers inside and outside China.
