MHRA orders clearer antidepressant warnings, new patient card and leaflet after major review
The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency is updating patient information leaflets for antidepressants to add a boxed warning on suicidal thoughts, include the term Post SSRI Sexual Dysfunction for some drugs, and roll out a patient safety card and ancillary leaflet to improve informed decision making.
