Singapore police probe 280 people in two week operation linked to nearly S$4.4 million in alleged scam losses
A two week islandwide enforcement operation led by the Singapore Police Force has identified 280 suspected scammers and money mules tied to more than 633 scam cases with reported losses of about S$4.4 million, the force said on October 8, 2026.
